Thumb weight is how much influence your ratings have on posts, reviews and comments. Everyone starts with a thumb weight of 0.1 and can increase it all the way up to 1.0. This method is used to give more credibility to those members who have contributed more to the site. Your Thumb ratio (thumbs up to thumbs down) that you receive from all of your own posts, reviews and comments is one of the 4 criteria for increasing your rank

• 1.0 for all Gold Users
